  5. that exonerated to me. he can't be retried on suspicion of that crime; that's exonerated in EVERYONE'S book. nuff said. the civil case has dick to do with the criminal case. that jury was biased. also, he & nicole divorced in '92. she died in '94. if you have those facts confused, how can i respect your credibility on anything else?

  8. in fairness, skip was arrested after he continued to berate the cop. the cop wasn't left with a lot of options. in truth, gates was right about being profiled; not by the cops but by the neighbor that made the call. gates was correct about his suspicion of police BUT he could have chilled out after having shown his id. he could have simply asked for a copy of the incident report (or contact report; i'm not sure how they do in boston) to get the badge number. he's lucky they dropped the charges.

  10. well mate, there are 36 MILLION black people in america. there are an estimated 800 THOUSAND black men in the penal system (in 1 stage or another. ie, jail, awaiting trial, parole or in carceri). believe me when i tell you, most of those black men don't have access to million dollar defense teams. most black men don't draw extra ire from police because those black men have more money than the police either. oj was an anomaly & can't be used as a banner example.
