  1. No. The wounds are consistent with a fight. Stalking a person is an act of aggression by all accounts. Zimmerman was in the wrong. You could argue that Trayvon overreacted by kicking Zimmerman's ass but you can't argue that using a gun is escalating the level of violence. You also can't argue that Zimmerman had no business getting out of his car. He had even less business trying to determine who's suspect.

  2. 1, he didn't get in his car to patrol the neighborhood. He was heading to the store & he saw Trayvon then lost track of Trayvon. He made his conclusions then.

  3. It wasn't manslaughter. It was 2nd degree murder because of the level of culpability he reached when he exited his car.
