  3. What I'm trying to say is that Rush is a comedian although he's not a "conventional" standup comic or satirist. For that reason, I give him a pass on a few things. That doens't mean he's on my preset, radio station or archive list. I just give him artistic license just I would for any other humorist. As for being "factual", plenty of commentators & pundits parse data & language. That's fine too. For that reason, he's just as susceptible to critique.

  7. @TheGenghisKhunt No. Rush actually is a comedian. He's not a conventional, stand-up comic. He's not exactly a satirist (although he's been published). But he's an entertainer. Whether he was serious or not; whether he was saying it a wink then retreating back to the "I'm just kidding" stance, he's still a comedian... at best he's tryna be 1.
