  1. Nonsense. He needed to be heard. How many republicans (& democrats) stand up & quote the Bible? He had the floor. It was his time to talk. It may be "rambling" in your estimation. Hell, you may even be correct. But Bughouse Square is just as much a part of the political process as arguing before the Supreme Court.
