How legal was it to summarily grant citizenship at Ellis Island by simply altering surnames? How legal was it for poor Protestants to run from oppression in England by encroaching an already inhabited by N. America? How legal was it to kill 70M Native Americans while settling the western United States? Truth is, people come here to outrun poverty. So why be mad at the Brown people?

Who BROUGHT the disease? The encroachers; that's who. And 2M is correct. If you combine the deaths on the days of the bombings AND the people that died from the cancer afterward, you get 2M. I've no problem with people milking the same system that overpays elected officials, makes fluff jobs for their relatives & friends then gives money to the banks. If I scapegoat Brown illegals I must scapegpat everyone else. Since I don't do that, I'll just wait 'til this system collapses. On it's ashed & detritus something new will grow.

@tmack1337 I've studied my fair share of history. In the American narrative, people came here to escape poverty. There's no denying that fact. Any "fight" that's been waged was usually ended by bloody gov't quelling or token compromise. That's not fighting to make it "better". That's a 1-2 degree change in daily temperature not actual change of a harsh climate. Study history.

@truthbtoldUSA What difference does it make about Hirohito? I'm talking about the unarmed people we killed. We didn't attack soldiers or sailors (like Pearl Harbor). We dropped a bomb on civilians. That's tantamount to dropping a bomb on Omaha. If 1M soldiers died, it would've been a tragedy. BUT, that's war & warriors. We bombed people who weren't in the fight. @truthbtoldUSA Japan's civilians didn't collectively agree. They aren't a monolith any more than Americans are a monolith. Hell, we're fighting 2 unpopular wars now. And let's take that analogy a step further. Do you hit women? I don't. Do you bully kids? I don't. If a kid has a bomb strapped to his back that's 1 thing. Visit Staten Island. You'll see Italians & Poles that don't speak English. Visit the Bridgeport, Ukraine Village & Jefferson Park in Chicago. You'll see Russians that don't speak English.
