  2. who cares? the taxpayers in idaho should care because that's a state funded facility. not only is that bad policy as it is, that's a potential lawsuit that will be inevitably be lost by the state on 1 simple pretense: family is too general a word to deny someone access because said family isn't "traditional". but i'll ask you a question now. do you want YOUR state organizations discriminating against people? because it won't be long until they find a reason to discriminate YOU.
