Cenk is saying that the organizations can take $10, combine it with some volunteer sweat+donated groceries & make it into a few meals for a few, hungry people versus that 1 guy taking the $10 & splurging on Burger King. A well-managed organization can take that $10 help pay off a gas bill that can keep 60 people from freezing versus that $10 that probably won't buy a good coat at Goodwill. It's about efficiency.
