  15. the bush administration isn't culpable for everything, just most of it. the little guys didn't design their contingency plan (education or maybe even treasury bonds) & they literally bought more house & more car than they could afford. but the 'man' let it happen because he knew he could foreclose & repo so it was win-win. until the market failed us all. the administration is very much responsible for the deregulation. academia (economists) have already said who's to blame. now let's fix it
