  1. Nah. You can't use an anecdote to talk about legal precedent or how stopping a prohibition can generate revenue. You have to use empirical data. Americans aren't that slow... except maybe Kansans.

  2. She's at Overland High in Aurora, CO (they have quite a few attractive people on staff there). It's already legal. In a twist of irony, that legality actually provides state funding for.... (wait for it)...... you guessed it? Yep: education. Puff, puff. Pass.

  3. It's a good premise but it's a not realistic 1. Kids, especially these stupid & weak kids of today, aren't capable of distinguishing the nuances. In fact, they'll use it as an excuse. The tweets she availed to the public are going to disrupt. Those tweets are going to raise the interest of certain parents (translation: hating, fatass moms). What her tweets aren't going to do is facilitate the teaching/learning dynamic. Yes, she's within her rights. But the school has to do what they gotta do.
