@msminnie89 So because he's a public figure that means he should be paying these skeezers? That's bad reasoning. I said that if he paid them, they shut up; otherwise it's a breach of contract. THIS broad demanding apologies is excessive. Also, the blame shouldn't be all laid at his feet. What about the women who slept with him? Were they raped? Nope. They gave consent. Spare me.

@msminnie89 We're mad because they continue to try to use him. If he paid them hush money it's done. If they didn't hush it voids the contract for which they've already been given consideration. Also, no lives have been ruined here. A marriage was ruined perhaps. The kids aren't gonna even care about this in a few years. We're mad because people are still trying to put him through the wringer. Let him lay in the bed he made.

@myentourage Don't get me wrong. I'm a deist/taoist. I think "God" exists. I just know that the existence is not in the capacity that most religulous people depict it. And if the Bible holds anything truthful, I'm a monkey's uncle.

If so inclined, he can sue for damage & get his money back in a court. Laugh all want, the laws (& the principles that shape them) are clear. Being on paper doesn't make it ironclad. As long as it wasn't presumed a gift, it's arbitrateable. If he gave them money to shut up then they talk, it voids the contract. That said, they don't get anymore dough from Tiger.

Like I SAID, if he gave them hush money it's an implied verbal contract; not a gift. Talking voids that contract. Don't you understand that nuance? And since everyone was consenting, it's time to let that man deal with his wife. Leave him alone.

@myentourage That ain't exactly true. Your reality may be quite different from mine. If you talk to an empty-headed Christian, Creation & Immaculate Conception are truths. All narratives have 2 biases; 1-the speaker, 2-the listener. It's a difficult truth but abstractions like "truth" are always relative.
