  1. why is it psychobabble because you can't wrap your mind around it? why does an abstract concept stir up so many adverse feelings within people? my background is in hard science but i also have a degree in philosophy so watch your step guy. all i'm saying is that the bible story is about ideals & abstractions; a goal of behavioral framework & virtue. ie 'this is jesus's example & why he set it', nothing more. your sarcasm is rather uncalled for but you don't know better, i forgive you

  2. i disagree because i know some guys really walk the walk (not just talk the talk). moreover, try to understand that the narrative of the resurrection, while it defying logic & reason, is a symbolic tale about ideals (which are naturally abstractions) not 'history'. as you address the discourse, back off your pragmatism & examine what the story is saying as opposed to what you believe about it. dig?
