@Kooshkoff There's a guy in Florida who's been doing this for years since the housing crisis. He does it for homeless guys as well as educating the people he puts into the homes.

@Kooshkoff It doesn't really matter what you or I think. If he's living in that house overtly. If he's maintaining his property per code. If he's paying the taxes on it. It's his. That's not what I think. That's the law. These are the same laws that were written to validate taking land from the Native Americans. It's funny how you think those laws only work for the White or the wealthy. And for what it's worth, your thinking that homeless people don't work is misinformed. You fail.

Adverse possession is a very old law. My dad told me about it many years ago when I was a boy. Mr. Robinson is going to have mad utility bills but that house'll be his in a short while. Atta boy Kenneth!

@Kooshkoff I doubt that to be the case. The state of Florida has a BIG problem with the homeless. But aside from that, why are you pontificating about their needs? Have you ever been homeless? From Germany, what can you tell an American about homelessness here?
