@MaddieK007 He can afford the best food. He has no real stress. His job was essentially non-existent when he WAS working. He's had few (perhaps zero) sleepless nights. Of course he's gonna age well. Either that or he's a cyborg.

In life, you're fortunate to have maybe 3 people that you can actually call "friend". That's if you're fortunate. As for this clip, it's a reflection of Mitt being out of touch with the plight of Joe Sixpack. He's betting $10K in a debate. When asked about NASCAR, he mentions owners instead of drivers (not to say that the drivers aren't rich or grew up privileged but it's a differnt way of identifying). When asked about an on-field subject in football, he STILL talks about the owners. C'mon.

@brolly81 Here's the deal. A leader has to relate to those he's leading. There's no way around that. He can't meet a set of needs & wants that he can't understand. To his credit (although I'm not a fan of him), Dr. Paul actually has always worked a job. That Romney talks about the owners when asked about the game isn't him showboating. It's in indication that he really doesn't get it. It's not about being "regular" it's about knowing what's happening with your citizens.
