  2. @lovemydobe There is definitely a doctor/patient privilege but that doesn't mean the provider must totally keep his mouth shut. Not only is a roaming murderer a public health risk, it's a matter of ethics (human and medical). The privilege is limited to the nature of the diagnoses & treatments administered.
