  1. @jimbad05 You're arguing false equivalency. Obama has sent Guardsmen to tend the border. The legislation, that they passed, is an attempt to have local & state peace officers enforce law that's already (perhaps poorly) enforced by federal officers & federal mandate. In the end, McCain is asking them to build the dang fence & asking for MORE troops. Republicans, the party of "we'll vote no simply because it wasn't our idea".
