  6. that comes from the movie Glengary Glenross. it's about a group of salesmen (timeshares if i'm not mistaken). nevertheless, baldwin's character wasn't a member in the group but he was brought in give a workshop on sales strategies. "always be closing" essentially says that you stay focused on the goal. as a salesman, your main intent is to get the customer to sign their main on the dotted line. as a democratic voter, you need to be concentrating on electing your man.
