A revolving fund means shit. But I'm not sure why this is an issue. Does it mean his priorities aren't in order? Maybe. But maybe he got it like dat.

@AmericanNohbuddy Most precious gemstones have practical use. You already know about diamonds. Sand from garnets is used in certain industrial mold-making. Sapphires can be used to regulate conductivity of heat & electricity. Those are just a few modern uses. I can't explain why they used them years ago. I imagine they had similar purposes.

@PyROphantasie They got into birth certificates. They're trying to get into college transcripts. They got into cigarette smoking. They got in blowjobs too. Credit card bills are fair game. Wouldn't you agree?

@luckstergal Tell your man that he's extremely fortunate to not have a materialistic broad.

@PyROphantasie We're not talking about taking out people's eyes. We're talking about using the same political tactics that the right wing uses. But more than that, this isn't really an attack. This is merely asking Newt, "wassup wit dat?" If Newt claims his personal & political policy are about frugality, then his behavior (running up a huge bill instead of only spending what he has) is inconsistent with his own rhetoric. That's what's at issue here.

@12235117657598502586 EXACTLY!

@luchpockets You said it was a long way. I said it wasn't 1 hooker in 1 liaison. You & I are on the same page.

@luckstergal Don't beat him over the head with it but remind him that he needs to thank his lucky stars. That's coming from a man.

@dudev So does that mean that, as a president, he should do the same thing? Also, credit isn't money. Hell, money isn't money for that matter. A "revolving fund" isn't based on capital. He got some juice because he's Newt Gingrich. Either way, he's looking bad here. For 1, he's running up a huge bill instead of paying it. For 2, it shows that he's far from frugal.

@AmericanNohbuddy That's to you & me. We're laypeople not industrialists. But they do have industrial uses. I've read about those aforementioned uses; rather derivatives of them, dating back to ancient Egypt. But you're correct in saying that most people just like the bling.

@luchpockets You're assuming that Spitzer only did it once or twice. That's a bad assumption. I guarantee he spent $1/2M if not more.
1
@luchpockets Oh okay. I thought you were presuming that he DIDN'T spend a half mil on hoes. There's no question if he did.
