That's a nifty rhetorical trick you just pulled. You took pedophilia (which is illegal in this country), homosexuality (which is very legal among consenting parties) & race identified groups (which is comprised of minorities who can't control who their parents are) and wrapped them all into a neat little package so you point your shotgun-style critique at them. That trick was neat but ultimately is was ineffective. Google the word "nuance" & tell me what you come up with.

Again, you've made a very cunning error. Subtle & minor are not the same thing. In fact, subtle, while small, is what distinguishes things. But I see what your issue is. You're a Bill O'Reiily type of logician. I'd like you to show me a case that NAMBLA has won. Also, show me where they've used homosexuality to justify sex with underage boys THEN applied it to the court case. Again, you can't put all minorities under the same umbrella. Why? Because it lacks the richness of nuance.

You're nuts, Ana has some tig ol' bitties. But she's slimming down so her adipose tissue is an anatomical victim. I must say though, your infatuation with NAMBLA & MJ's alleged victims speaks volumes. I think maybe you should talk to someone. Irrespective, the implants may or may not have been part of the "push" but it doesn't make sense. I say that because everyone in the pageant works for the same company. It's not like NBA squads battling. This is like an intra-team scrimmage.

No. I just don't get to keep getting discounted tickets. And since I fulfilled that job's reqs during my tenure there, everything kosher. She's not being punished for losing. Win or lose doesn't matter. She had an appearance circuit to which she's expected to tend. When she doesn't, she voids her own contract & the benefits in it. Why are you missing that?
1
Don't get me wrong, I don't support NAMBLA at all but I respect their right to be. In fact, it's a civil liberty endowed by the 1st Amendment. In that respect, the ACLU was correct. Also, unless the boys were molested, they crime to which they were victims was ogling. Again, you're using some extremely poor logic.

They didn't demand the titties back. They demanded that she pay for them because she breached her contract. Again, you're making the assumption that it's a competition for independent parties. No, this is basically an LLC, with employees in every state, territory, commonwealth & plantation, that held a pageant. One the reqs for those employees was that they make appearances. The boob job may have been a benefit just like Rockies tickets were a benefit at my old job. Understand?
1
But they aren't victims until something is done to them. That's like saying you're going to prosecute me & penalize me years of my life for looking at a chick's ass whom I want to grab but haven't grabbed yet. Do you understand the nuance? And yes, the ACLU defended those men's right to assemble. Read your constitution.

Idiot, this has dick to do with Obama. Stop creating false dualities. A pageant & a presidential election are 2, completely different animals. And no, I don't believe bimbos have original thoughts. They have amalgamated ideations. The smart 1s just smile & give the "cute, right" answers as you suggested. I don't give a shit about Hilton either. But let's not talk about principle because that requires having a mind of 1s own. Prejean does not.

Strawman argument. This isn't about Ana or her exquisite, luscious bosom (*drools*). Not only that, Ana wasn't in a fucking pageant. Nor does she work for the company that HELD the pageant. This is about Prejean's tits & the fact that she wasn't fulfilling her contractual expectations as an employee of that company. The augmentation was conditional to her doing the job. When she void the contract, she voided the accessory benefits of the job (ie her saline sacs). Try again mate.

I figured you'd say the Curley case. But you're cherry picking in addition to misreading the precedent. For 1, if it were an actual molestation case, the State would be the plaintiff. Also, NAMBLA only victory is that they are allowed to exist. There's nothing in the ruling that allows them to "practice". In America, thoughts & desires aren't necessarily illegal. Actions, however, can be. Try again mate.

But here's the thing: that wasn't her opinion. She was parroting some bullshit she heard in a church or on TV/radtio. Be honest, do you think she's ever generated an original thought in her life?

It doesn't matter if her contract was to win or work. What's paramount here is that she DIDN'T WORK. She didn't scheduled appearances. Instead she popped up on the "Today Show" & "Hannity". She breached the contract, she pays for the boobs they bought her. Understand?
1
I never said she was the 1st. I'm saying that it's feasible that her surgery may have been part of the job benefits. But she breached the contract so the employer is ordering repayment.

Stand ob principle? You're nuts.

Now did the gay judge torpedo her? Sure. But don't forget, there 50 states & quite a few territories. She already had the odds against her. I'm estimating the probability at 1/57. Hilton didn't help her but that bimbo weren't no shoe-in neither.
