  2. @thewiffenpoof I got that point Bro. I agree that Cenk blew it in this instance. It's a very incorrect premise that a Blackman can't be racist; no matter the motives or the source, racism is racism (and it's bullshit). As for Barack being racist here, I doubt it. Obama is trying to gain an ally. Cenk's argument is fallacious in so many ways & I can't begin to explain. Mainly, it's a strawman. He's made up some composite victim who can't be held accountable because he's Black. That's no good.

  3. Now is it racist against arabs to talk about your "little Brown brothers"? I'm not sure. The big brother - little brother part of my personality says that it's no big deal. But my inner human says that you can't just assume that people can't handle their own problems. At the same time, we must understand that Qadafi has purposely kept his citizens behind the times in not only cultural progress, but technology too. I'm not sure if Cenk or any other commentators have examined that reality.

  5. @thewiffenpoof Obama is a smart enough guy to know that Libya isn't on anybody's cultural or academic vanguards. So, while it may have seemd condescending, it's not like Obama was totally off base there. It'd be nice if Cenk could step back from his natural reaction to FNC's general stupidity and actually frame a real argument. But that's not what the media or biased commentators are her for. They're here to create a spectacle that people will watch & advertisers will sponsor. Right?
