  4. I am, however, glad that you made a remark about violence in "lesser" cities. The last time I looked, violence has a direct correlation to economic blight. So by your reasoning, let's NOT stimulate the economy of Chicago. Let's NOT create some jobs. Let's run scared because we're afraid violence that hasn't happened yet.   6. No, people use idioms whenever they like. Your remark about substance was ironcally un-substantive. But you don't get to set the rules here mate. You can, however, address my initial premise: how can you consider yourself reasonable while you're making up bullshit associations like that? Your "uproar" has nothing to do with Chicago's potentiality as a host. Violence happens all the time. It's not restricted to cities like Chicago or events like the Olympics.
