@seiferganon As a teacher, I already know admin & parents would fight me. I've been fought before. It's funny. A parent would actually try to de-program a kid just to spite a teacher. That's why I said teaching is an often thankless job. What's worse, the parents would rather wield their power over their kids than act in their kids' best interests.

I don't begrudge them for trying to get some money. Teaching is a thankless job. But if they wanna cheat? Why not cheat by keeping the kids longer to prepare them to pass the test? Why not cheat by enticing the kids with bribes? Why cheat by bringing in tutor to workshop small groups within the classes? Why not cheat by making class optional on records day & parent-teacher conference day? Sad.
