  1. Treason isn't covered by free speech allotments. You can dissent against the president's policy all you like. That's democratic & patriotic. But you can't talk about killing them nor can you foreshadow going to jail for having committed an act of treason.

  4. Van Jones never told someone, let alone a democratically elected senator, to suck on an assault rifle. Van Jones never said he'd be in jail or dead if someone gets re-elected either. Threatening a president is treason. I never liked W but damned if I'd say anything about killing the man. Hell, I was pissed when that reporter threw shoes at W. I digress. Ted Nugent's remarks are treasonous.
