  1. That he taught constitutional law doesn't guarantee his policy will always be "constitutional". Be wary of the fallacy of "appeal to authority". BUT, I must say that I get fed up by Paultards who just chant "unconstitutional" without ever challenging the validity of that premise. My good friend is a Paultard who didn't even know how to write his congressperson for a pocket copy of the constitution; let alone interpret the document itself.
