  6. You mean 1862. He wasn't killing Sioux in 1862. For 1, he was dealing with the secession of states. 2ndly, you need to take a look at the corresponding dates of the alleged treaty violation & Lincoln's inauguration. 3rdly, 150 people is a far cry from a "killing the Sioux & loving it". 4th & most important, Lincoln didn't put anyone on trial. The Constitution had already lid out the parameters for charging, prosecuting & punishing acts of treason. Frame a better argument.

  7. So you'll deny White fear outright in the face of all the evidence? The guy Cenk's talking about in this video thinks it's an affront to the state to talk to NATIVE AMERICANS!!! Do I need to mention the code-speech about food stamp presidents or the Southern Strategy? White fear is very real. Are all White people afraid? I wouldn't think so. But the fact that there are enough stories like this 1 tells me that White fear ain't gone.
