  2. I'm actually a pretty avid jogger but I had an injury in the summer that sidelined me for some months. I try not to get too out there with my diet but I can't help it; I LOVE junk food & beer. I usually got 6'5", 219#. I'm probably a very unfit 223# right now. But these guys definitely motivated me to get back to my athletic glory. I ain't getting my lovehandles melted off posthumusly.
