  2. @ThatguyNice There's a difference between criminal & civil proceedings. Aside from that, the woman had to transfer to another university. It's not always easy to graduate. She probably couldn't CLEP her credits. I bet the registrars were assholes about releasing her credits. Either way, her past life has dick to do with a civil case. The university is being sued for not handling the situation properly. In a way, her "past" is incidental to a certain degree. Their failure is what's paramount.
