BUT, it doesn't look like he's been hurt at all; much less had his nose broken. He's walking just fine. He has no injuries to his head. His affect doesn't say "I'm shook up". None of that.

  3. No. He described the kid's race twice. Also, gangs or not, he was not authorized to go fucking with the kid. Aside from that, a "gang" implies more than 1 person. Trayvon was alone. Also, you are NOT allowed to use lethal force. You're expected to protect yourself within reason. I'm a 6'5", 230lb, athletic black belt. Let's say a smaller, weaker woman is attacking me. Is it appropriate to nail her with my best blow & possibly kill her with it? No. Nor is it okay to use a gun in a fistfight.
