Bush didn't win "all 3" recounts because there weren't 3 recounts. There were 2. Bush won 1, the 2nd was inconclusive, The 3rd was never finished because Bush went to a Supreme Court whose majority was appointed by conservative presidents. They made an unconstitutional ruling AND W leapfrogged every judicial level to seize the presidency. I'm surprised he didn't burn the Reichstag while he was at it. There hasn't been a voter fraud scandal in Chicago since Harold Washington was assassinated.

In fairness, they need to add some voter education to this bill. They need to make a budget for more public computers with internet access if the polling officers aren't required to be forthcoming. Make sure the polling place is printed conspicuously on mail-in ballots & voter registration materials. I do mind this kind of legislation. But I know how dirty the game gets. Simply add to the bill if they're gonna target certain groups. You wanna act like you're not giving a handout? Give a hand up.
