@justcallmeassinine You mean the Cream song?

@justcallmeassinine To be honest, I really am curious. I wonder about it not because I'm Black & opposed to Klan but just for my own intellectual curiosity. I wanna know what fuels the hate for people they don't even know. But most of all, I'm curious about their quality of life. It's definitely strange. But I don't suppose they're much different than me in the respect that they have needs, wants, goals & loved ones. But their core belief system is jacked.

@justcallmeassinine ... the Billie Holiday song? Duh. Sorry. I'm so busy going off on a tangent to receive the joke. I bet the did.

It's your money & you're entitled to spend it where & how you please. But I don't think a polarizing decision such as this is good for the economy. Let's face it: not everyone who works for a certain company buys into every tenet associated with that company. Most people just work to put food on the table. I can understand the motive of shopping at a co-op store, or a company that shares profits with its employees or not not shopping at a KKK store but otherwise it's a silly premise.

@RAMKING61 Really? Before you publish such silly comments, you should look at the richest people in Congress. The last time I looked, democrats top that list. While democrat & left-wing aren't always the same thing, democrat sure suggests a lean to the left. "Liberal California"? Fine. Who controls Hollywood? It sure isn't the GOP. Look at where the most agriculture is done (Monterrey County). It's been mostly democratic since 1992. A little research would help you not look so stupid.

@jag10 That was a pretty empty-headed thing to publish. Read something.

@justcallmeassinine Yep. That's whyh I had to post a follow up comment. It's been a long week. That was a major brainfart.

@RAMKING61 You think you're the only person who can post a list on the internet? You're funny. Also, you forget that those men & women made their money IN the private sector. Stupid people crack me up.

@justcallmeassinine Funny you ask that. I remember passing through a town outside of Lexington named "Kentucky Kountry Kitchen". And yes, it was run by Klan members. The community, from what I gathered later, had quite e few Klan members & citizens who were sympathizers. Judging from the sign about the restaurant, it was Klan-owned. Did they have Krispy Kreme? Nah, that name is a company's intellectual property. But I can imagine they made doughnuts there. ;)
