  1. so the corsairs aren't black? okay. i wanted to hear if you'd be honest about it. thank you. but it was blacks that were enslaved. so 120M is a little more significant than 1.5M (not to ignore the plight of those 1.5M victims). thank you. it's easy to say you don't care & ignore the issue of race. it must not affect you. but it affects the rest of the people on this planet. but i gotta admire your simplistic outlook on such a old & complex problem. i guess that works for you

  3. dumbed down? not exactly. it's a bitter pill for them to swallow. more than that, they really need to understand. we have to help them empathize or relate in order to gain some mutual trust & understanding. yes, we blacks folks feel like we're doing all the work but the work must be done. we gotta open the dialogue or the elephant stays in the room
