  2. The woman should've told the cops that she didn't consent to a search without a warrant. That stops all that bullshit. You can write a ticket for littering but you can't touch me without consent. And anyone who knows anything about weed will tell you that you don't flick spent joints out the window. Those cops operated outside the law.
