I used to work with a woman who developed post-TBI epilepsy. And yes, the meds she used made her a little gappy about certain things. She complains about it all the time. In fact if you think about it, the drug action is based on synaptic pathways. It would logically follow that the drugs might do that. And for what it's worth, Michael Weiner has some biology background. All that said, he's still an idiot to think that's the case here because the justice wrote about his decision outright.
