  1. @fab006 What I see doesn't matter. What the charges are, what the jury sees & what the prosecutor (and litigator) prove is what counts. It's armed robbery to you & me. But we aren't police. You can't look at this with eyes that are filtered with outrage. You have to be sterile & neutral or it's gonna get to you. I don't like what happened in this video but again, what I like ain't what's paramount. I'm talking about what's going to happen in real life. Feel me?

  2. @fab006 I don't disagree with you. But again, "deserve" has nothing to do with it. In the legal justice system, it's not what you know. It's what you can prove. Look at Oscar Grant (although it was only 1 shooter) & Sean Bell. They basically explained away the whole thing. Lookit, I'm not saying I'm for cops going around killing (presumably) Black men (or ANYONE). I'm saying that the laws are set up for kangaroo court. I don't support it. I just that intellectually, I know what's happening.

  4. @SoloWing808 The problem with that is you can't even talk about death penalties unless the crime of murder aggravates another crime being perpetrated. Aside from that, you'd have to add motive too. I'm not a lawyer but I can guarantee there's so many get-arounds & reasonable doubts that at best, they'll get jail time for manslaughter & have to pay civil settlements. The police actually should be held to a higher standard but you & I know that ain't the case.

  5. My point is that someone is getting sued & fired. That's all though. Anyone screaming "murder" & calling for Old Sparky is deluded. The death penalty has specific guidelines & people sit on death row for decades appealing that sentence. Murder & armed robbery? Not quite. They killed 1 person. No denying that. But we need motive to call it murder. They DID rob the guy with the camera. No arguing that either. But the chair would apply if they stole the camera then killed its owner. Feel me?
