Sure it's a word. Ever heard of poetic license dumbass? I said that racist political movements like the teabaggers are "kepping the world safe for White folks" because it's obvious that that's their intention. Lookit, you can try to parse language all you like but it's a losing effort. Yes, I've White family members. They're White folks. That's not a derogatory. That's definitive. Try again mate.

I've done all that. During the summer, I work as a rafting guide for an NFP called cityWILD. I haven't eaten Thanksgiving or Xmas dinner since 1999 because I work at the soup kitchen. I'm judging the citywide science fair this year. I volunteer for the Math Literacy project here in Denver. I'm also a SafeCity mentor. I also teach math at a charter hs for minimum wage. Nice try though. Not being informed doesn't make you presumptuous & sound consequently stupid. It's just what you did just now.

It sounds like you're not that educated. In addition, you evidently don't know what a paramilitary organization is. Police & fire departments aren't paramilitary at all; not in nature or purpose. They're civil services that are arms of the governing body. Is this all you can muster? Trying to take apart past comments piecemeal? That's frail even for youtube standards. C'mon, you can do better... can't you?

@aptex Ask them & they'll tell you that right wingers can't be terrorists by definition. That's why it's better to just point at these people & laugh.

Smitty, you don't know what racism is. I'm about as UNracist as it gets. Just ask my White friends & family members. It appears that you're afraid to embrace a changing world that's comprised of a plural society. You're finally discovering that this country & this world were made for ALL of us, not just White people. Now you're scapegoating me to avoid addressing your own fear. Typical.

@aptex Waco (WeAin'tComingOut). Don't even get me started about Ruby Ridge. Read "Every Knee Shall Bend". They try to paint Reed as a fucking hero. It's ridiculous.

@aptex Violating the Constitution is actually considered an act of high treason but the Bush administration did openly did just that. Wiretapping violates all principles of privacy (a fairly conservative concept) but the neo-cons haven't made a peep about that shit. I'd argue that the department of Homeland Security committed numerous acts of domestic terrorism. Why? Because scaring people into a set of behaviors for a political agenda is the very definition of terrorism.

Exactly. We have to get out of this false dichotomy. We have to stop thinking that party association makes things mutually exclusive. I've voted for republicans on more than 1 occasion. I've stayed home. I've skipped punches on the ballot box as well. Wanna escape the dictatorship? Get off the grid. Own your own, small piece of property & get the bills down as far as possible. Get as educated as possible & share it with as many people as possible. In this stage, that's all we can do.

@amaqula Dude, most Americans don't agree on anything. Religion is such a gray area that your hypothetical is more like an unlikely (or even an impossible). Face it, the world is secular. Most civilized countries are moving AWAY from religion; not toward it. In any case, FUCK Catholicism. But I guess you've already said as much yourself. It's Sunday. It's 5:30AM where I am (MST). You don't seem to be preparing for mass because you're too busy replying to me. Peace be with you.

We could make an argument about almost every paramilitary organization in the US. We could also make an argument about Andy Reed. Reading the mercenary/gun-porn tales in magazines like G&A and Soldier of Fortune, we could make a case that, while relatively passive to date, those crackpots are terrorists too. At least left wingers (& McVeigh) had the nuts to squeeze the trigger... for what that's worth. Don't argue. Just sit back & laugh. They're just keeping the world safe for White folks.

@amaqula Christianity ain't the key to shit. This country wasn't built on Christianity, it was built on the backs of slaves. At the end of the day, this country is made for ALL of us, christians, muslims & secularists alike.

@aptex In fairness, it could be worse. Hell, I could even argue that some of the continued policy is "necessary" right now. But I never had my hopes up in the 1st place. Call me a cynic. I'd go with Grayson or Kucinich if given the chance. I voted for Roger Calero (& before that, I voted for Fulani & before that, Nader). Yes, I'm a socialist. Yes, I "wasted" my vote. But ultimately, that was all I could really do to effectively and affective-ly tell them what I think.

@amaqula Moron you can't tell something to a religion. You can only tell something to another person. In any case, they'll never outnumber me & even if they did it doesn't matter because it takes congressional, judicial AND executive action to amend the Constitution. Nevertheless, this country is here for all of us; not just Catholics. Stop trolling.

@aptex But in fairness, Obama was given a colossally full in-box. He inherited 2 wars, a stalling economy with meager manufacturing on its industrial side, an under-educated demographic, an overall air of despair, etc. If anything, Obama needs to just pull the fucking trigger & stop all this bipartisan bullshit. I KNOW he's capable. It's just that he's the kinda guy that'd fuck doggystyle but be more concerned about giving the reacharound than getting his cookie. (please excuse my crudeness)
