  2. No. A knife actually gets you more years. Rules get violated sometimes. We don't know he specific circumstances here. The robbery wasn't caused by her not following procedures. The robbery was caused by a desperate person who wanted money. You're going through all this bullshit rhetoric but forgetting that now we have another person who's out of work. She's all but guaranteed to get unemployment too. That's the state paying for it. You approve of that?

  3. Whatever it is, it's a dumb policy. 2 employees merely means 2 people in possible jeopardy instead of just 1. In this case, the just 1 rescued herself from that pending injury & they thanked her by firing her. If she'd've gotten cut by the robber, they'd've had to pay through the nose AND watch their insurance premium ascend. She did them a favor. Spare me the "can't enter or leave alone" screed. Firing her under such circumstance is weak.
