  1. No. YOU are fucked up on every level. Murder does NOT require premeditation. It only requires malice. Zimmerman admitted his malice by saying "they always get away". That complaint shows his frustration with "them". It's not a leap of intelligence to imagine that his intention was to stop one of "them". Also, the fact that he escalated to a level of deadly force in a conflict that had no weapons afore means he had intent. After all, it's not like he didn't know what guns do. You fail. Eh?

  2. Actually, I live in CO. When I still lived in Chicago, I usually voted for republican, gubernatorial candidates. I am a socialist but that doesn't make me a communist. Either way, "commie" is a silly word they used in the '50s to scare people who believed in the boogeyman; people like you. Irrespective of that, where I live or what my politics are have dick to do with the issue in this video. A boy was murdered & his killer isn't locked up. THAT is injustice.

  4. If a nurse gives you a bandaid or an aspirin, treatment has been administered to you by medical personnel. Don't parse language. The video clearly shows that Zimmerman didn't sustain any serious (much less potentially fatal) injuries. He got out of the back of a cruiser; not an ambulance. He was able to walk on his own accord with limps, hobbles or lumbering hinderances. Tray, however, was carted out from the rear door of a coroner's van. Are you really going to try using a false equivalency?

  5. 17 is a kid in The United States. That's how it is. In any case, there's no, legitimate explanation for shooting the young man to death.

  6. That's nonsense. Martin would have to pose a MORTAL threat. I'm a 6'5", >230lb, man who has some background in martial arts. On top of that, I can be pretty aggressive when its necessary. But unless you feel like I'm going to kill you with a gun (I've never attacked a person using a gun), you can't use a gun to defend yourself against me. It's a really simple concept.
