@ginko27 I could't've said it better. Everyone's got his kink. And necrophilia is a "legitimate" fetish. Hell it's even outlined in the APA's diagnostic manual. Now we could argue that he wasn't in a position to say that she was dead or alive. I'll listen to that argument. But I'll listen after I listen to a high school student come in off the street & argue to the jury that he's not a medical professional & therefore unqualified to discern between unconscious & clinically dead.
