  1. @knucklez92 No. Bullying always was a big deal. It was just downplayed & written off as "boys will be boys" or "they're just mean girls". While I think it's stupid to have a panic button on your phone, I won't scapegoat any particular group; esp. not homosexuals. This ain't about free speech. The principle of free speech comes from the gov't not being able to limit speech. It has nothing to do with regulating personal rhetoric between people or groups. Make the distinction.
