  3. again, you're making a few assumptions that double up on themselves. 1) you assume the NBP (if they were really there) were intimidating people to vote 1 way or another. that poorly formed implication on your part speaks for itself. 2) you assume that blacks & homosexuals have NOT been targeted by certain motivation. ie, if someone is picking a fight with me out of no real animosity except for my skin color, they need more punishment than simple battery.
