@TheDevilBreaker They were examples of age restricted activities in this country. Why the restrictions? Because teenagers don't fully understand what they're doing most of the time. Ultimately, the 52yo man is at fault. Young girls are beautiful. But you screw them until they're legal. Why? Because there's an age limit & there's a good reason for it.

Teenagers aren't fully capable of understanding their actions. A teenager knows that running down the school hall means he can run into someone. But he doesn't know that the someone could be an octogenarian that gets knocked down, breaks a hip & dies during the repair surgery. The teenager doesn't know that the octogenarian was raising a child. No. A teenager isn't capable of seeing the full ramifications. That's why certain training comes at a certain age for driver's licenses, military & such

Your premise of "defense" implies that the rape victim is on trial. That's horseshit. I don't give a tuppenny fuck about Japan, Britain or Venezuela. I'd hazard a guess that the principles in THIS story have never set their feet in any of those countries. I'd be willing to be that you haven't either. I'm talking about statutory rape & sexual assault in THIS country. I can't fuck a 15yo girl AT ALL; not if she comes on to me or if I take it by force. There's no way you can qualify it.

@TheDevilBreaker I see. You ARE stupid. You're hypothetically proposing that a 15yr old apologize for "seducing" a 52yo man. I'm 36 & a 15yo can't seduce me any more than a 25yo could. Why? Because I make my own decisions. No. Youth isn't an excuse. But let's be honest, a 52yo man has a set of filters that won't let him fuck an underage girl. That you'd even consider her need to apologize means you're already ginned up to convict her. A 15yr old ain't an adult in the US. A 52yo is. End of story.
