  1. Do you understand the 1st amendment? It's designed to keep the gov't from taking people to jail for dissenting speech. Sure a person can "boo" but that's got dick to do with constitutional rights. Those people are acting like fucking morons. Frank is there to share ideas & help people understand the proposal not to be booing like it's a Hulk Hogan match.
