  7. I think everyone here is missing the most important part here. That sister, LaLa, is a strong enough person to work at Burger King. She ain't onlyfansing it. She ain't chasing some drug dealer. She is making an honest living at a crappy job. There's no telling what her life's aspirations are but with that kinda work ethic, she'll go far. Methinks that's the headline here.

  9. Phil is incorrect about 1 thing. That teachers are White women isn't a function of design. It's incidental to a lot of factors. These days, the best and the brightest go to medical school or become engineers; not teachers. Also a lesson plan reader is really a perfunctory thing right now. But most of all, we have to fall back slightly. Yes, the reaction is a natural response but this is the school to prison pipeline. We need to address that and also address the issue with our emerging students being whack as hell. And before anyone says anything, I'm a Blackman and I taught high school math.
