  1. the burden of proof is not upon someone to show you why not. the burden of proof is upon you to show someone why it's so (in your estimation). are black people convicted more for petty & violent crime? yes. i can't lie about that. but isn't white collar crime still a form of evil? aren't there other variables (like class divisions) in the equation that you're disregarding in order to prove your point?
