Let's say Arbery actually was stealing from the site. That still doesn't make it okay to kill the young man.

@plutotech maybe you you have trouble with words. I'm talking appropriateness and contingencies. There was no reason to shoot him him even if he had stolen something.
2
@plutotech when a person uses "low key" as an adverb, I know not to expect much in the way of critical thinking. I guess that's why you're challenged by some words. Nevertheless, I don't think there's any need to refine what I said. The kid had a record for stealing. That's a fact. There was no reason to take a life over something he may have stolen. That's also a fact. If you can't handle that, all I can recommend is that sometimes you can't swallow bitter pills. Sometimes you just have to adapt to them. Peace

Wait. What?

@KingSG_ no ifs. They used it. No more debate

Imbecile

@plutotech I didn't present a hypothetical. I'm saying Arbury had a history of theft. I'm saying even if he did swipe a hammer or a tape measure or something, there's no valid reason to chase the man down and blow out his viscera with buckshot.
1
@plutotech he didn't that day but he could have prioe. I accept that as a viable possibility. As a younger fellow, he got in some trouble trying to sell a stolen TV set back to a store. It was prosecuted. He squared it up with the house like offenders must do. And sadly, offenders sometimes relapse into behaviors that got them in trouble. So he could've very well knicked the site for a triangle or a screwdriver. It happens. Even if that was the case, there was no reason to run him down and shoot him to death.
1
@plutotech that's a typographical error; a fatfinger flub. I see that your problem is more fundamental than even your lack of comprehension of words. You poor moron.
1
@DarbyDumont I've already made my point.
1
@plutotech no. That comes as a function of it not being prosecuted. Either way, there was no reason to kill him.

@plutotech the slow mu'fucka is the person who isn't tracking. Like I said, he may have very well stolen from that site. A hammer, a T, a screwdriver, a tape measure, a padlock, etc. Shit gets stolen. Ahmaud tried to fence stolen goods. Those are facts of life. It'll never be prosecuted if he truly had stolen something, at 1 point or another, because there is a larger issue now. What I've said (read this as slowly as you need) is that even if the kid was guilty of a petty theft (which is quite possible), that's not worth his life. I'm happy to have educated you
1
@plutotech that's not what spin means. Spin would be turning a thing to another direction. Please improve your literacy.

@deniseglass9428 that was dumb
1
@georgeh4944 I've read, on THIS video, that a Hwyte couple stole something. And the owner probably doesn't inventory the tools of contractors. So that is a fair point you make; especially as it's sworn testimony. But I could have something stolen off my truck and not know until much later. Having said that, even if he stole something, there was no valid reason to kill him. Theft happens and it's not worth a life.
1
@tekanawateoti3952 because it is possible
1
@deniseglass9428 they didn't know him. They assumed. And as has been stated, some things did get stolen. That's life. The point is that even if he had committed a petty theft, there was no valid reason to do what they did.
1
@tekanawateoti3952 not just mine. You must understand that some people consider unknowns. I'm not saying the dude stole because I'll probably never know. I'm saying even then, don't act like private police (really more like the Klan) and shoot the man.
1
@tekanawateoti3952 I'm sorry if I came off a bit curt. People are coming at me for being honest. But you made an effort to understand a competing point of view and that merits acknowledgement as well as respect. You got both from me (not that you sought it). I'm just saying that the li'l brother wasn't an angel and nobody needs to be an angel to have his baseline right to exist observed. These 3 clowns didn't. And I truly believe race motivated it. But a mu'fucka can be racist and the other mu'fucka can maybe have committed a petty crime. Neither of which qualifies what The 3 Stooges did. They'll rot and I'm good with that

@JakeFromKushFarm aye

@imthebadguy3225 imbecile

@plutotech that logic would be useful if I was there at the time. But I'm in Chicago. So...

@plutotech that's not what spin means. And it's you'RE; not youR.
1
@gregscott1672 that he had a history IS relevant in the eyes of some jurors. That's reality. What I said was that even if he did, nothing qualifies murdering him. Why can't you read?
1
@gregscott1672 so what?
1
@gregscott1672 yes. So what? I have to ask that. My kids and grandkids are Black. Welcoms to reality.

How much gets stolen by corporations? Anyone?
1
In that case, the government, corporations and even some providers of healthcare and legal advice need to be prosecuted too. This was more or less a petty theft. And whole I agree stealing from the little guys is lame as hell, that stuff is insured and those little guy customers will be remunerated by the company. Meanwhile, the young men and women who work as package handlers get hurt at work and the best the company can do is have a practitioner give them some muscle relaxers and a Motrin. At the same time, your and my tax dollars pay for the USPS to rent space on their airplanes while UPS gets the money from the USPS and an exemption. Yes, this was a crime. But the biggest crime is corporations exploiting their human resources then getting their pockets padded by the politicians whose campaigns they fund. All the time, your candidate is lying to your face about transparency. Do I sound socialist? Yes. But is it okay for a company to not take care of the people who make their profits? Hell no.

@Marion Cobretti if you have a family to support, turd, you are not free to let them starve. You must live in your mother's basement.
1
@Marion Cobretti hurr durr, go to law school and amass $200K in debt. Cool story.
1
@Marion Cobretti maybe other people's lives don't wait until you think it's time for you to live them. Enjoy your mother's basement.
