That's actually good even if it feels like posturing. And while the gear seems militaristic, that is part of the culture. We can debate that but this wasn't that bad. What may seem "bad" is the badgering. I don't mind them doing maneuvers. I may mind the excessiveness of it but again, that's debatable. So this might be the single skill that Melania can actually claim as her own. That aside, saying an educated woman is "above" decorations is tantamount to telling me that since I'm a network engineer whose formal education is in biology, changing my spark plugs is beneath me.

In Satanism, the modal ethics are actually based on secular humanism. That's a fundamental difference. Whereas Christianity makes an attempt to make people feel guilty and thus in need of repent because they did something god doesn't, the baseline of Satanism is altruism.

The 2nd Amendment is not only an anachronism that is poorly interpreted (and more poorly applied) but it's also part of a constitution whose own author said should be burned and redrafted every 5yrs so that it evolved with the culture. Can you build a nuke in your garage? Nope. Can you own a tank? Hell no and for good reason too. I have no problem with my mom having a revolver to protect herself in the event of there being an intruder. She's 74 and lives 200mi south of me. But some unstable 18yo kid who came from a background that lends itself to more instability is something we should probably pay more attention to and properly regulate. I don't want to be anyone's nanny. But if my choices are nannying or letting 19 kids get murdered (or 13 adults or 20 concert attendees of 6 postal workers... do I need to continue that list?), I'll keep looking over the shoulder of that unstable teenager. That aside, even a law abiding citizen can have a break from "reality". Cheese slides off crackers every day. And some days, it ends up violent.
