I suggested that the question is the degree of the beatdown. Was it so bad & so life-threatening that GZ was mitigated in shooting TM. I suppose that's over your head too.   17. Agreed. It's not lawful to attack someone & it's expected that the victim defend himself. BUT, is the use of deadly force mitigated? That's the question. The other, more important. question is whether or not Zimmerman's negligent behavior created a hostile situation that led to the violence.

The issue is not whether or not there was a beatdown (translation: lopsided fight). The issue is whether or not it was so lopsided that Zimmerman was in mortal jeopardy. The other issue is whether or not Zimmerman's actions were negligible to the degree that Trayvon died. You can swallow now.

  23. Whether or not you think he lied isn't of consequence because you aren't on any jury. We live in America. There's due process which includes discovery & argument of evidence. Nevertheless, you're talking about self-defense when there was clearly a fight. Was TZ validated in kicking GZ's ass? I can't know so I let the court decide. As for the illegality of him following that boy, I can't argue that at all. He had no business stalking that boy much less engaging the boy. We can all agree with that
