  1. @ArshAZ83 you don't need to be fit. With 14h fast every day counting the 8h of sleep(don't eat 3h before and after sleep, only drink water) any woman can have the perfect body. You don't need to do anything more, you just need deep bulgarian squats if you want a bigger butt. But it is good to do some light shoulder exercise to not hurt your shoulder tendons.
