  1. Showering 3 times a day is harmfull. Specially if you use all the chemical rich bs, things with "parfum" as an example messes your hormones. Most deodorants have aluminium as their main agent, it is toxic and WILL lead to dementia. It is not "old age" that causes dementia, it is contamination. I had a lot of contact with A LOT of 95+ people and only 1 em 20 had some level of dementia. This is a modern "disease" caused by heavy metals and chemicals contamination.
