They did not use a third party. They gave the third party 100k, the third part gave supplies that are probably worth 4k or less. They probably have a friend on the "third party".

@skympii6734 he didn't pay anyone. He gave someone 100k dol, this someone gave the Charity 4k em Supplies and it was a win/win for both of them. Only the charity losing. These 100k was classic case of giving money to friends and writing it off as charity.
