@janterri3539 of course it does, Eggs are full of good protein. You just won't find protein in plants, they have "protein" most of it is cellulose that you can't even digest, and even the ones you can digest are low quality and/or have some hormones that will interfere with your body, like Soy that is full of xeno estrogen.
